With more than 25 years of experience across aged care, disability and NDIS services, Gail brings deep knowledge of service delivery, Support Coordination and Local Area Coordination. She works alongside participants and families, including people with complex needs, to navigate services, exercise choice and build meaningful community connections.
Support Coordinator
Meagan has experience across disability services, behaviour support and supported independent living management. Warm and down-to-earth, she values clear communication and practical, sustainable solutions shaped around each person and their support network.
Support Coordinator
Liyaa supports participants to navigate their plans, access appropriate services and work towards greater independence. She has experience with complex needs, psychosocial disability, mental health and housing concerns. Fluent in Arabic, she can provide culturally responsive support to Arabic-speaking participants and families.
